first of all ı want to thank for choosing this topic. it is very good example of persuasive speech and it persuaded me to go there. your voice level can be a little high.your intonation is well in general but sometimes ı got bored because of your same tone. you can change your voice level at the begining of phragraphs. it is fluent and musics are so joyful and photos are explaining you r topic entirely. well done.
i loved the music very very much, and the choice of pictures are enough to give us imformation about the house. i enjoyed while listening the music accompanied with your imformative voice, and the most enjoyable part is that when the music gets faster ur speech does,too <)
The questions on the beginning of the video attracted me to watch it. Photos are very well-chosen.Also, the intonation is very good and I couldn't hear any word which was pronunced wrong. Congrulations. ;)

I dont understand people who say the music is higher than the voice because it isnt. The laptops or computers have different voice qualities and it is because of this that you cannot hear some videos really well! I've tried this on 3 laptops and all of them gave different tones so I cant do anything if your laptop doesnt have a high quality voice.
